We had an amazing time tasting all the different kinds of popcorn 🍿 😋. They also have flavored ice and ice cream. Right on Woodward. Great location and excellent service. Prices were reasonable. Very nice place.

I used to the love this place. Since they have opened they have gone way down hill and way way up in price. $18!for 3 10 oz (medium) ices is outrageous. It’s freaking ice and syrup. Ive come back 3 times in the last couple years- Corvette Cherry is my fav. They have it up on their board and not once in the last 3 visits over 2 years have they had it to sell. What’s worse is the last 3 times I’ve come in it’s not even ice cold. It’s freaking half melted. Take a look at the pictures where it’s already melted in the containers! They are charging enough to keep their freezers on high but just don’t care. They have 3-5 people working there- usually always talking to one another or on their phones while you wait for them to acknowledge you. Very very disappointed as this used to be one of my fav places to bring out of towners too. Standards and quality have dropped drastically and prices have skyrocketed. We will not be going back again or taking tourists.

If you're looking for a sweet treat in Downtown Detroit, check out Detroit Water Ice Factory on Woodward Avenue. This spot has a great selection of refreshing water ice in many flavors, along with warm pretzels, flavored popcorn, and softserve ice cream. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a nice place to stop when you want something quick, cold, and refreshing while walking around downtown. Whether you're craving a fruity water ice, a warm pretzel, or a scoop of softserve, this place has something for everyone. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

This is one of my favorite “ice cream” shops to stop at when I am in town. They have an amazing selection of slushie-type ice creams and have increased their selection of frozen custard to mix it with. I visited here with my dog who also enjoyed a special treat.

First time trying today and I got the motown twist with vanilla soft serve and watermelon ice! I really liked that it wasn't very sweet and the service was excellent! I can't wait to come back and try other flavors! The only thing I wish was that the watermelon had a stronger flavor.
